By engaging SoftFinix Solutions for website design, development or digital marketing services you agree to the following terms.

Quotes & payment

All prices are quoted in INR and are fixed for the scope agreed in writing. Website projects require 50% advance to begin and the balance before go-live. Monthly marketing packages are billed in advance. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the ad platform unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery timelines

“24-hour” and “48-hour” delivery timelines start once we have received all required content (text, images, logo) and the advance payment. Delays in client feedback or content extend the timeline accordingly.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds specified in the quote. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Domain, hosting & maintenance

Free domain, hosting and SSL are provided for the first year on eligible packages. Renewals after the first year are charged at prevailing rates. Free maintenance covers security updates, backups and minor fixes — not new features or redesigns.

Content & ownership

You warrant that all content you provide is owned or licensed by you. On full payment, ownership of the delivered website design and content transfers to you; third-party themes, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences.

Refunds

Because design work begins immediately, advances are non-refundable once work has started. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund amounts paid for undelivered work.

Website Delivery Guarantee (24–48 Hours)

Only 50% of the website price is paid in advance. The remaining 50% is paid after the website is completed.
The 24–48 hour delivery time starts from the time the client has provided all content, images, logo and required details completely.
If we cannot deliver the website within the promised 24–48 hours, 50% of the amount is refunded.
Client-side delays, third-party issues (for example domain, hosting or payment-gateway providers) and modifications requested after delivery are not covered by this guarantee.

Digital Marketing Special Offer – Payment & Refund Terms

The total package fee for the Digital Marketing special offer is ₹25,000.
Client onboarding: ₹4,999 is paid at the time of onboarding, and work starts.
After 1 month: if you like our work, you pay the remaining ₹20,000 and the 2nd month of work begins.
If you are not satisfied after the 1st month: we return ₹2,500 from the ₹4,999 you paid. The refund must be requested within 30 days after the end of the 1st month, by WhatsApp (+91 99667 87912) or email (softfinixsolutions@gmail.com).
Ad spend on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads or Google Ads is separate, set by the client’s own budget, and is not refundable.
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
Digital marketing results depend on industry, competition and budget, so specific leads, sales or rankings are not guaranteed.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, Shopify, hosting providers) or results that depend on factors outside our control, such as advertising budgets or market conditions.
